lululemon membership

“Start collecting connection.”

lululemon membership is the brand’s take on a loyalty program, fuelled not by spending but by connection. The program was in its fourth iteration when I joined the team and I was the co-creative lead for the Chicago launch. This involved reworking all print collateral, creating a 40-page membership website, writing a video script and assisting with production for the shoot, strategizing and rolling out all marketing communications, social media, and visual merchandising.
